Beginning his career as a budding cricketer, Shaikh’s passion for the sport led him to transition into the domain of fitness training. His unwavering commitment and dedication propelled him to join the prestigious Baroda Cricket Association in 2009, where he served as a strength and conditioning trainer for an impressive tenure of nine years.
During his tenure with the Baroda Cricket Association, Shaikh played a pivotal role in honing the skills and fitness levels of numerous cricketers, including esteemed names such as Hardik Pandya, Yastika Bhatia, Smriti Mandana, and Tarranum Pathan.
