Ahmedabad, 14 November 2025: The four-day lecture series and exhibition organized by Bharatiya Vichar Manch to commemorate the centenary year of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) concluded today with an insightful keynote address by Sah-Sarkaryavah Shri Alok Kumar Ji. The final day witnessed the presence of eminent dignitaries, including Bhaiyyaji Joshi and Education Minister Dr. Pradyumna Vaja.

Delivering the keynote on “Extensive Outreach and Participation of Noble Forces”, Shri Alok Ji shed light on the visionary leadership of the fifth Sarsanghchalak, Pujya Shri K.S. Sudarshan Ji, and the present Sarsanghchalak, Pujya Dr. Mohanrao Bhagwat Ji.
He highlighted Sudarshan Ji’s immense ideological and organizational contributions, describing him as a distinguished leader who left a deep imprint on national thinking through dialogues on economic policy, technology, national security, and global challenges. Sudarshan Ji’s emphasis on self-reliance, Swadeshi thought, and cultural awakening, he noted, continues to inspire generations even after his passing in 2012.
Speaking about the leadership of Dr. Mohan Bhagwat Ji, Shri Alok Ji explained how the sixth Sarsanghchalak has strengthened the organization’s outreach by adapting to evolving societal needs. He praised Dr. Bhagwat Ji’s efforts in expanding work related to social harmony, rural upliftment, self-reliance, and national unity, calling his life a study in balancing tradition with modernity and social harmony with innovation.
The event was graced by several distinguished personalities, including former ministers Shri Pradipsinh Jadeja, Shri Brijeshbhai Merja, Yuvraj Sahib of Bhavnagar Shri Jayvirrajsinh Gohil, motivational speaker Shri Sanjaybhai Rawal, and Kothari Swami Shri Vivek Sagar Swamiji of Salangpur Dham. Senior thinkers from Prajna Pravah, Bharatiya Vichar Manch, academicians, cultural figures, and social leaders were also present.
A major highlight of the concluding day was a special multimedia presentation titled “100 Years of RSS”, featuring rare audio-visual content showcasing the Sangh’s role in the freedom movement and its contributions to national development. A documentary tracing the evolution of RSS—from its inception to its global influence—was screened and received wide appreciation.
The exhibition also featured 3D models of iconic monuments including Dr. Hedgewar’s House, Mohitewada, Smriti Mandir, Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Ram Mandir, and Bharat Mata. Archival records illustrating RSS interactions with national leaders such as Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Patel, Babasaheb Ambedkar, Veer Savarkar, and Kanhaiyalal Munshi were on display. Documents related to the organization’s contribution to the freedom struggle, service activities, and nation-building initiatives drew significant public interest.
Adding a historic touch to the event, a dedicated sales counter for the commemorative coin “100 Years of RSS”, issued by the Mumbai Mint, Government of India, attracted coin collectors and visitors.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Ishan Joshi, General Secretary of Bharatiya Vichar Manch, said:
“The centenary year of RSS is not merely a celebration for an organization but an awakening for the nation. Through this program, we aim to inspire renewed enthusiasm and intellectual strength by understanding the value-driven journey of the RSS.”
