Gujarat: South Asia Film Production has officially announced its upcoming and highly ambitious Gujarati film ‘Gadbad Thai Gayi Yaar’. Produced under the leadership of producers Eshiika Rajput and Dharamsinh Rajput, and directed by Rafiq Talukdar, the film is a high-stakes comedy-thriller that promises to offer audiences a perfect blend of entertainment and suspense. The film features a powerful star cast, with popular actor Bharat Chawda playing the lead role of ‘Deepu’. Alongside him, veteran Gujarati theatre artist Dharmesh Vyas will be seen as ‘Om’, while renowned Bollywood actor Adi Irani will appear in the role of ‘DSP’. The film also stars talented actors including Heena Jaykishan, Danesh Gandhi, Jasmin Patel, Anchal Shah, Nirali Oza, Vaishak Rathod, Harshida, Prashant Barot and Hemang Dave in significant roles.
The story of the film revolves around three young men Deepu, Akki and Rony who are given six months by a wealthy businessman to prove their capability. The story takes an exciting turn when they unexpectedly find an abandoned car filled with Rs. 5 crore in cash. In an attempt to prove their honesty, they hand over the money to the police. However, the situation takes an unexpected twist afterwards, and what happens next will only be revealed when the film releases.
