Ahmedabad, June 23, 2026: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), through its GST & Indirect Taxes Committee, successfully organized MSME Week 2026 at ICAI Bhawan, Ahmedabad, in association with the CGST Ahmedabad Zone. The event focused on empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through GST facilitation, awareness, and professional support.
The program witnessed the esteemed presence of CA. Shri Sunil Kumar Mall (IRS), Chief Commissioner, CGST Ahmedabad Zone, as the Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker.
The initiative highlighted ICAI’s continued commitment toward nation-building by strengthening GST compliance and easing business processes for MSMEs. Key highlights included the establishment of Udyam Sahayata Kendras, targeted outreach programs, and the fast-track resolution of GST-related issues such as registration and refunds.
