It is true that sometimes, fiction also inspires reality, and for Ayesha Singh, COLORS’ ‘Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki’ has done just that. Best known for her captivating performances, the talented actress is taking her reel life straight to her real-life dining table! Inspired by her character Mannat in COLORS’ latest drama Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki, the actor is all set to roll up her sleeves and don the chef’s hat at home. Mannat, a spirited and determined young woman in the show, believes in chasing her dreams and making every moment count. And it seems Ayesha has taken a page out of her character’s book—this time, in the kitchen! Enthralled by the elaborate, heartwarming meals showcased in restaurant-based drama, Ayesha now wants to perfect new dishes and serve them to her own family.
Ayesha Singh on playing the role of Mannat in COLORS’ ‘Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki’ shares, “Playing Mannat and preparing so many different dishes on set has been an awakening; it has reshaped my understanding of preparing meals. It’s not just about following a recipe; it’s about storytelling, emotions, and the silent language of flavours. Every ingredient carries its own history, every dish its own soul, and this experience has made me respect the hands that craft meals every day even more. I’ve come to admire the quiet magic of turning the simplest ingredients into something extraordinary, a skill that often goes unnoticed in many households. Mannat has not only given me the confidence to experiment with cuisines but given me a renewed appreciation for food. I can’t wait to cook for my loved ones and find out what they think of my cooking skills.
In the current storyline, on Mannat’s first day, she accidentally collides with Vikrant, and they both tumble into the pool. Embarrassed, she reluctantly accepts his jacket, while an enraged Puneet accuses her of using her charm to climb the corporate ladder. Shruti panics over Sonia’s influence, but Harneet urges her to trust Vikrant’s support. Later, Mannat faces humiliation when Puneet forces her to clean the floor and bars her from cooking, while the kitchen staff mocks her.
