A divine and historical gathering took place at Shri Krishna Gir Gau Dham in Rajkot, celebrating Sanatan culture, cow protection, and spiritual traditions. Organized under the guidance of the late Babubapu Vank family, the Gau Dham welcomed Jagadguru Shankaracharya Pujya Swami Shri Sadanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj of Dwarka Shardapeeth. The auspicious event saw enthusiastic participation from Yaduvanshis and cow devotees (Gau-bhakts) who gathered for Gau-Bhet (offering to cows), Paduka Poojan, and discussions on Sanatan Dharma.
A major highlight of the occasion was the presence of Prashant Desawal, director of the upcoming devotional Gujarati film ‘King of Salangpur’, alongside producer Dhruv Desawal. Seeking spiritual guidance for their film, the creators paid their respects and sought blessings from Jagadguru Shankaracharya Ji.
Highlighting the importance of Sanatan values, Jagadguru Shankaracharya Ji extended his wholehearted blessings and best wishes for the film’s success. He expressed his wish that, by the grace of Lord Kashtabhanjan Dev Hanumanji, the movie inspires spiritual awareness across society.
Presented under the banners of Zee Studios and Wamika Production, ‘King of Salangpur’ brings to life the divine history and glory of Lord Kashtabhanjan Dev Hanumanji on the big screen. The promotional journey for the film began earlier at the renowned Shree Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai, and receiving the blessings of Shankaracharya Ji has further boosted the enthusiasm of the cast and crew.
The event was coordinated by Vijaybhai Vank Ahir (State President – Shri Sanatan Dharma Rakshak Samiti, State President – Gujarat AIYMS, and former Corporator) alongside Yaduvanshi Ahir youth leaders. The gathering reflected a seamless harmony between Sanatan traditions, Gau-seva, and artistic expression.
‘King of Salangpur’ is scheduled for a nationwide theatrical release on November 27, 2026.
